QMS forms maker uses a MySQL database and PHP server-side scripts to create forms that centralize the storage of valuable Supplier process and product information. Finally, the data that makes or breaks a business is readily available to managers, scientists, engineers, technicians - every registered User - instead of being trapped on a hardcopy form or in a word-processed form that is on a computer that can't be accessed when you need the information to make a critical decision about your projects.

Quality control forms maker enables you to design your forms using static and dynamic text fields, checkboxes, radio buttons, auto-fill login name, date inputs, company name or logo, digital signatures, pull-down lists, text areas and automatic numbering. Forms Maker gives you formatting control to set column span and data-entry field width, height and position. Forms Maker enables the User that filled-in the form to create a scheduled event in the Daily Planner Calendar for other Users to interact with their records, such as for signature approvals, which then enables the signatories to modify the data in the form. See the Events Calendar in the first screenshot to find a couple of scheduled items for calibration. When a record is scheduled to other Users it will appear in their login to remind them of their action item and only the User that scheduled the form can remove it from the Daily Planner Calendar, which is the foundation of the QMS Forms Organizer. All Users can view their backlog of action items in their calendar or view all scheduled events for all Users.
The User that filled-in the form can schedule the record as an action item with a reminder that notifies the affected Users in advance of the actual due date. This is a very useful feature for events that must be performed on a strict schedule, such as material expiration or engineering change order or nonconformance-corrective action disposition. Any form and selected record can be delivered via secure link to an outside agency for completion, which is very useful for real-time interaction with Suppliers, Customers and regulatory agencies.

We are hopeful you can use MIL-I-45208 because it has name-brand value and can be implemented in about three weeks compared to ISO or AS9100, which take about four months. MIL-I is the minimum standard to qualify for Government work - they prefer compliance to ISO and soon will require certification to the standard.
